Cancellation Fee Terms & Conditions

01.

Photoshoot Booking & Down Payment

To secure your photoshoot date and time, a $50 down payment is required at the time of booking.

  • This down payment is non-refundable.
  • The down payment will be applied toward the final balance of your session.

02.

Proposal Setups

Proposal setups require advance planning, coordination, and preparation with our setup coordinator.

  • A down payment is required to reserve the proposal date and begin preparations.
  • If you cancel more than 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled proposal, a $100 cancellation fee will apply.
  • If you cancel within 3 days (72 hours) of the proposal date, the full down payment is non-refundable due to materials, planning, and coordination already completed.

Taxes & Fees

All listed prices are final.

There are no hidden fees, no credit card processing charges, and no additional taxes.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations may arise.

In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss your situation and determine the best possible solution.

05.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or other events that make the session impossible), we will make every effort to reschedule the session. If rescheduling is not possible, we will refund the payment made.

06.

Photoshop & Editing Policy

All delivered photos include basic professional editing, which is part of our standard service. This includes:

  • Color correction
  • Light retouching
  • Our signature editing style
  • Minor background clean-ups (such as removing small distractions or people)


We do not apply extreme or heavy Photoshop edits by default.

Additional retouching or detailed Photoshop work is available upon request and is charged at $5 per photo.

07.

Image Delivery Time

We aim to deliver all edited photos within a two (2) week turnaround time from the date of your photoshoot.

Please note that during peak or busy periods, delivery may take up to 2 weeks plus an additional 1–2 days. We always do our best to deliver your images as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality standards.


If you require your photos sooner, we offer expedited delivery options for an additional fee:

  • Next-Day Delivery: $150
  • 3-Day Turnaround: $100

Expedited delivery fees must be requested and confirmed at the time of booking or on the day of the session and are subject to availability.


08.

No-Show & Late Arrival

We kindly ask all clients to arrive on time for their scheduled session.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened to respect other scheduled bookings. The full session fee will still apply.
  • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled photoshoot without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show. In this case, all payments made are non-refundable, and the session will not be rescheduled.

 

09.

BOOKING

Your booking is only confirmed once it is completed through the official booking link we provide. If the photoshoot is not booked using this link, the booking will not be completed, and the session will not appear in our agenda.
