Our real estate photography services start at $250 for the first hour, which includes high-quality, professionally edited photos of your property. If the session goes beyond an hour, we charge $50 for every additional 15 minutes. Pricing is based on the size and complexity of the property to ensure a fair rate.


Experience-Based Estimates:

  • 1-2 Bedroom Condo/House + Outside: Typically 1 hour.
  • 2-3 Bedroom Condo/House + Outside: Usually 1.5 hours.
  • 4+ Bedroom House + Outside: Generally 2 hours or more.
